Super excited today! Last week, I handed in the manuscript for The Kind Leader: A Practical Guide to Eliminating Fear, Creating Trust and Leading with Kindness! While the book goes through the rest of the publishing process, I’m working on creating The Kind Leader Practice Community! What’s it all about? It’s about helping people start – and keep practicing – kind leadership through being in community with others! It takes courage and support to move beyond traditional, unkind leadership models and their practices, and practicing is easier when you know that you have a caring, kind supportive community to help you!
In our Kind Leader Community we’ll help each other practice the new models and Kind Leader Practices and Behaviors you’ll learn about in the book! Everyone is welcome to join because everyone can lead with kindness!
