A reminder that Kindness is the Answer because every day, no matter how small, your acts of kindness make a huge, positive difference. They change the world for the better and kinder. They eliminate and reduce fear, create trust, belonging and community.
We don’t vote very often, and when we do vote, each of us only has one vote.
But the most amazing thing about kindness is that it it always an option and there are numerous ways for you to practice it every single day. To make your voice of help and healing heard…to make your actions count so that others feel safe, cared for, included and respected.
Today, if you don’t know or understand why people are feeling unsafe and frightened after this week’s election, please go ask them. Listen with open eyes, open ears, open mind and an open heart. Then do something kind to help them feel safe and included.
To those feeling disheartened and scared, reach out to others who are as well, and support them with kindness as best you can.
Kindness is the answer and the way to get through this.
