Whether you are part of a service organization or a manufacturing one…whether you are an executive, leader or front-line team member…the most important thing you do in your role is serve customers. Our customers are the reason our companies exist and our customers are the people who really pay our salaries, no matter what role we have.
This was the topic of my keynote for the Greater Rochester Quality Council 11th Annual Performance Excellence Awards and Showcase, held in Rochester, New York.
