I had a really wonderful time the past two days at the Lean Coaching Summit in Austin, TX. And what made it so wonderful was meeting so many people from so many organizations dedicated to improving their coaching skills so that they could help others. Help others improve the way they work and the processes they use to create products and services for customers. Help others learn and grow as people and as problem-solvers. Help others see things in new and different ways so that they can reach their potential and fulfill their purpose. Because in the end, whatever coaching philosophy you subscribe to, ultimately coaching is about putting your learner’s needs above your own to help them reach their goals whatever they may be. To everyone who participated in the Summit – coaches, presenters, and organizers – thank you for a fabulous Summit and most importantly, thank you for your dedication to helping others! You’re all an inspiration to me!
